24H endurance racing
The Toyo Tires 24H of Dubai endurance racing was held yeterday in Dubai Autodrome. I was there I had fun watching the race. We don’t wanna miss any moments of the race so we have to be awake all through out the game.
The Land Motorsport Porsche 2 team of Carsten Tilke, Gabriel Abergel, Niclas Kenberich and Andzej Dzikevic won the 2009 Toyo 24 Hours yesterday beating Al Faisal Racing BMW of Prince Abdul Aziz Al Faisal, Paul Spooner, Claudia Huertgen and Stan Sorlie.
Toyo Tires 24 Hours of Dubai
The Toyo Tires 24 Hours of Dubai will start the qualifying race today and I will be there tomorrow for a little work. Team crews started were preparing early as Tueday as more than 80 containers of cars arrived Dubai Autodrome. Cars like Ferraris, Jaguars, Porsches, BMWs, Mitsubishis, Renaults, Nissans, Volkswagens, SEATs, Audis are among the cars that you will see on this endurance racing series Toyo Tires 24H of Dubai.
This will be my second time to watch a real race. My first was the Asia GP2, Speedcars and FIA GT3 held last December. Kamui Kobayahsi won the Asia GP2 Series, V. Liuzzi UP Team for Speedcars, Arnaud Peyroles and James Ruffier for the FIA GT3 race.
Dubai Wordpress Meetup with Matt Mullenweg
On January 2nd Friday, there will be a Dubai WordPress meetup at Montgomery Golf Course with Matt Mullenweg, founding developer of WordPress. It is a chance to meet other local users of wordpress. Hmm..that’s exciting. Just yesterday I did my upgrade to Wodpress 2.7.
Everyone is invited in this meetup and since I’m very much now into wordpress, I have confirmed my attendance on Facebook. I’m actually busy that day but since this is chance I don’t wanna missed.
Blogging Day!
Today is Blogging Day!
There are blogs that I need to update and fix so I decided that today will be a blogging day for me. I have just created another personal blog called Views of Dubai. Most of my post that you will read there are issues and other peoples views of what Dubai is, the good and bad.
I was able to encourage two friends to start blogging and now they have their own, up and running. I’m sure they too can earn from their blogs.
Now what is blog? For those who are haven’t have blogs yet or have not started blogging. Let me tell you what blog is.
Back in Dubai
I am now back in Dubai after a long vacation in Philippines. Though most of days of my stay in Philippines was raining, I still enjoyed it because I had the chance to relax and be with my family without worrying of my work. We don't experience rainy season here in Dubai as most of the year is summer. And I'm thankful that even without updating my blogs or site, I was still getting traffic and my ranking were still the same.
I will be upgrading my wordpress soon as well as changing my theme and will be posting general topics that will make this blog more informative and active.
